Effective

Conduct and Recording Policy

Rules for explicit recording consent, respectful participation, confidentiality and responsible use of shared materials.

Recording notice and explicit acknowledgement

Regular-session recording is planned for the launched courses and formally confirmed in the cohort offer and recording notice, which identifies what may be captured. Successful recordings remain available until 90 days after the final regular session. Optional clinics are not guaranteed to be recorded. Recordings support catch-up but do not replace practice or count toward certificate attendance. If a regular recording fails, relevant materials and a written summary or replacement walkthrough are provided. Recording access is restricted to the relevant cohort and authorised staff, with removal administered through the provider’s operational process rather than represented as an automatic expiry job.

Participant privacy

  • A learner may keep their camera disabled unless a separately disclosed activity genuinely requires video.
  • A disclosed recording may capture the instructor, shared screen, displayed name, audio, video, chat or contribution.
  • Learners are told when recording starts and may raise a concern before or after a session.
  • Recordings may not be downloaded, redistributed or reshared unless expressly permitted.
  • Recordings are not reused for another cohort or public promotion without separate permission from identifiable participants.
  • Promotional consent is never bundled with enrolment, recording acknowledgement or course access.

Learner recording and confidentiality

Do not record, screenshot, transcribe or share another participant’s image, voice, chat, screen, work or personal information without permission. Treat participant contributions, meeting links, private repositories and non-public course discussions as confidential. Accessibility needs can be raised privately so an appropriate arrangement can be agreed.

Respectful and safe participation

Be respectful, relevant and lawful. Do not harass, discriminate, impersonate, disrupt sessions, expose confidential information, compromise accounts or systems, or distribute malicious or deceptive content. Protect meeting and resource links. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to restricted access or removal after review.

Concerns and complaints

software-signal-support-grievance@1.1.0 applies. Email support@suyogjoshi.com for course support or contact@suyogjoshi.com for a privacy or grievance concern. Include the session and date without forwarding another learner’s private data unnecessarily. A first response is targeted within 2 working days and a further response or progress update within 7 working days.
