Terms of Enrolment

Eligibility and accurate information

You must be 18 or older. Provide accurate, current information and do not include sensitive or unnecessary personal data. Access and offers are personal and non-transferable except through the approved transfer process.

Application and admission

Applying is free. Admission is reviewed and discretionary; an application does not reserve a seat. An offer states the course, cohort, total price, deposit, remaining fee, deadlines and immutable policy versions. A seat is reserved only after the service confirms the required deposit. No placement, employment, salary, income, certification or particular learning outcome is guaranteed.

A cohort runs only when its published minimum cohort size is reached and the provider confirms instructor availability, delivery systems and learner-support readiness. If the provider cancels or the cohort is not formed, the refundable amount is returned under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Fees, payment and confirmation

• Python Foundations for Data Science: INR 4,000 total, INR 1,000 deposit and INR 3,000 remaining fee.
• Applied Data Analysis with Python: INR 8,000 total, INR 2,000 deposit and INR 6,000 remaining fee.
• Prices include applicable taxes and payments are INR only. International and partial Payment Link payments are disabled.
• The deposit and remaining-fee deadlines are each 7 calendar days. There is no automatic balance grace period.
• A Payment Link expires at its deposit deadline. A technical pre-expiry replacement keeps the original deadline; an approved post-expiry replacement creates a new 7-day window.
• A return from Razorpay is not proof of payment. The learner journey must show a confirmed status before another payment is attempted.
• The production record is a payment confirmation, not a tax invoice. It retains its unique confirmation identifier and uses the authoritative system issue time.

Razorpay-owned email, SMS and reminders are disabled. Software Signal may send transactional status messages through its own platform.

Course delivery

software-signal-course-delivery@1.1.0 governs published schedules and delivery. Cohort dates, session schedule, timezone, delivery tools and available support are shown before enrolment. Reasonable operational changes may be made with learner notice. A material provider cancellation follows the refund policy.

Joining information may be communicated after payment and enrolment confirmation, but access to course resources remains subject to the separately controlled access stage. Gate 4 access is not promised by a payment confirmation alone.

Certificates

For the launched 14-session courses, eligibility requires attendance at 11 of 14 regular live sessions plus capstone submission. Optional clinics and recording views do not count. An agreed capstone extension preserves eligibility. No grade or pass mark is required. Eligible certificates are issued manually, normally within 10 business days after the final eligibility check. A certificate is a course-completion record, not a recognised qualification or external accreditation.

Course materials, licences and learner work

• Provided materials and recordings are for personal, non-transferable course use.
• Do not redistribute, resell or publicly post proprietary materials, recordings, exercises or solution sets.
• You retain ownership of original code and project work you create, subject to third-party and open-source licences.
• Starter code, repositories, datasets, libraries and third-party resources remain governed by their stated licences.
• Identifiable submissions, testimonials, recordings or examples are not used publicly or promotionally without separate permission.
• Anonymised examples may be used in teaching only after identifying details are removed.

Your accepted version

The policy identifiers and versions shown with an application, offer and checkout are recorded in an immutable commercial snapshot. They govern that enrolment and are not silently replaced by a later public version or price, except where legally required or expressly agreed.
